Give Big Gallatin Valley – Montana Raptor Conservation Center
The Bozeman Area Community Foundation’s Give Big initiative is a 24-hour, online and live celebration of giving created to connect people who care to causes that matter to build a better community. The goal is simple – inspire people to come together, show pride in our community, and contribute to support the life-changing work of local nonprofit organizations! We hope you consider supporting the Montana Raptor Conservation Center (MRCC)!
MRCC mission is to improve the welfare of raptors across Montana through rehabilitation of injured birds, community education, and partnerships for raptor conservation and research. A donation of $25 can help us feed one of our redtail hawks for a week, $50 can help us feed our peregrine falcon for a month, $75 will help cover costs associated with surgeries, and a gift of $125 helps us offer education programs around our valley. The giving starts at 6pm on May 4th and goes till 6pm on May 5th. Our goal is to raise $7,500 over the 24hr period; the first donations in that reach $1,000 will be matched dollar for dollar.
IF you would like to donate in person or come say hello, MRCC will be hosting a donor lounge at Wild Birds Unlimited (2047 W Oak, #105) on Friday, May 5th, from 11am to 1pm. Swing in make a donation , see some of our beautiful education birds, and get some great MRCC schwag! We hope to see you there!
